I do my ribs at 225F. My spice mixture is a homemade Southwestern style spice (also great for tacos) and brown sugar. I use a combination of pecan and apple wood. I don't use any binder, but I do leave the ribs in the fridge overnight after I season them. That lets the seasoning get right into the meat.

Fantastic video. It's pretty much the same method I've done for years now. The 3.2.1 method. 3 hours smoke. 2 hours in the foil with whatever liquid im feeling at the time usually 7up, Dr. Pepper, apple juice, or pineapple juice. Then 1 more hour glazing every 15-20 minutes if im not doing a dry rub. I like the way you guys work together. Cheers!

I always rather dry ribs.. but the way you made the barbecue one.. 🔥🔥💪💪💪 I must say you are the first Person beside me that add just a lil bit of barbecue.. I like to taste the barbecue and the seasoning at the same time.. most people use way to much barbecue and that throws it all the way off.. I wish I had the chance to let you try my dry ribs and what I call dry rub barbecue smoke ribz I use the honey barbecue the same amount that u use.. but that’s if I’m not using brown sugar at that point I’ll use hickory flavor barbecue sauce
