SPANISH TAPA Fried Eggplant with Honey Spanish Tapa Recipe I Berenjena Frita con Miel
This delicious Crunchy Fried Eggplant (Aubergine) with Honey is a typical tapa from Andalusia in the South of Spain, with Arab Origin. It perfect combines the sweet and salty taste.
Easy to make and delicious to eat. Try them Today!!!. DELICIOUS RECIPE
Ingredients:
• 1 Eggplant (Aubergine) sliced in very thin slices. You can use a mandolin slicer.
• ¾ Cup All Purpose Flour (You can use also Chickpea Flour)
• Olive Oil to Fry
• 2 TBS of Honey - You can use Cane Sugar Honey or Molasses.
• Sal to taste.
Vegetarian Option: Skip the Honey and use Molasses

Esta receta de Berenjenas Fritas con Miel, es una receta estupenda. Es una Tapa Tipica de Andalusia (En el sur de Espana) de origien Arabe.
Su textura es ligera y crujiente, y combina perfectamente los sabores salado y dulce.
Si nunca la has probado te recomiendo que la pruebes . es super sobrosas.
Ingredientes:
• 1 Berenjena cortada en rodajas muy finas - Puedes usar una mandolina o un cuchillo muy afilado..
• ¾ Cup Harina Normal (Tambien se puede usar Harina de Garbanzos)
• Abundante Aceite de Oliva para freir
• 2 TBS (2 cucharas) de Miel - Tambien se puede usar Miel de Cana.
• Sal al gusto.
