This is absolutely priceless... thank you heaps !! if you can please upload a video on how to correctly tune a carburated bike. thank you! I set it to the highest idle rpm air-fuel mixture using a tachometer. can it achieve AF ratio of 16.4:1 to get the best mileage per litre?

Your encouragement means a lot to me.. actually 16.4:1 AF ratio is bit lean( The lambda value is nearly 1.12) and most economical AF ratio is 15.7:1. BTW I recommend to keep the AF ratio as 14.7:1 ( lambda value exactly 1 ) because it's good for the engine and the environment

Synchronisation is required for multiple carburetor engines alone. I.e. we don't need to think about Synchronisation in mono-cylinder engines. Anyway, tutorials on how carburetor functions and tune will be uploaded soon.

What should be the distance between the spark plug and the piston when it is at TDC?

It depends on the way fluid circulates inside the combustion chamber. I.e. it depends on the engine. However, we don't need to worry about it as long as we use the plug recommended by the manufacturer. Indexing washers slightly increase the minimum distance between the plug and piston but it doesn't cause any harm at all.
