Some modern physicists now run Hedge Funds, Financial Markets.... can you imagine someone like Einstein or Oppenheimer focusing their intelligence on making money, instead of the job at hand? It is a scary world when people who are good at math, good at looking at the future and technology, use that talent to make themselves wealthy, instead of using their skill to make the world better.

einstein would have become an ultra-financial genius, globalist, neo-Marxist elite, a real trillionaire. he believed in socialism and a global government. he would have been the ultra-poster child of the wef and "pacify" the world with a global government that he would rule.

Tesla is without question the greatest inventor / scientist to have ever left their mark on the entirety of humanity to have ever lived in all of human history. His innovations have single handedly moved humanity into the modern world and will continue to do so for years to come. Not only was he ahead of his time, but he was also still far ahead of ours. The impact this man had on every human living today and all to come is simply immeasurable. He changed humanity more than any human that has ever lived.

@@Charles-eb7bs , there are numerous examples in astrophysics, when anything don't follow the rules we know of, mainly for movement we then introduce the dark energy or dark matter for the reason of that miscalculation. I think I gave you some kind of an answer. Peace

It was a great documentary about great Scientists and their contributions for Quantum Physics, as well as with criticisms. Albert Einstein was a great Scientist and Physicist. His General theory of Relativity is really dynamic to interact with Gravity, Spacetime,Time Travel and theory of Single Graviton Particle which is outstanding. He was German but He calculated English Alphabets to build the most beautiful equation of all time E=mc^2 for Quantum Physics. According to Nobel Prize post, 100 years ago Albert Einstein predicted Gravitational Waves and fulfilled in 2015 by Scientists and Physicists and that was awesome. Thanks for great documentary.

The Nobel Prize commission didnt want to give Einstein an award at all. At the time Europe hated Jews and Germans, wguch Einstein was both. They also disliked theoretical physicists and preferred experimental physicists. One member of the board that votes for the prize in physics wtote in a letter that Einstein would never get a prize while he was on the board. Max Planck devised the math that lead to quantum physics but everyone (Planck included) thought that it was just a clever math trick to solve a problem. Einstein came up with the experiment that proved the theory correct and is often sited as one of the fathers of quantum physics. By 1920 it was commin knowledge that the board was prejudiced and that Einstein should have won several prizes. The board wanted to give Max Planck the prize but was basically forced to give it to Einstein first since he proved the theory correct. Neil Degrass Tyson has said that Einstein should have gotten 8 nobel prizes, other estimates on the web put the number as high as 11.

Nikola Tesla reminds me a little bit of P.A.M. Dirac in that both were absolute geniuses in their youths, but perhaps their own brilliance made them somehow stubborn later in life and wouldn't really accept the contributions from other scientists. More than Edison his rivalry with Marconi appears to have been a big source of Tesla's discomfort and bitter dispute, and perhaps a lack of respect for the younger generation is what made he declare he could disprove Einstein's theory. Sharing the Nobel prize with Thomas would've been easier for him than with the Italian inventor as the battle of the currents was relatively short lived (no dispute AC was superior once their systems were tested), and the fact that he should've known that the experiments at Wardenclyffe weren't exactly working out as expected. Obsessed with his ideas I think he was responsible for the lack of recognition at that period of his life and naturally elicited harsh responses as other people wouldn't want to see Astor's or Morgan's money poured into endeavors with no clear direction. Similarly as I said, Dirac got distracted by the beauty of mathematics and could only accept theories if its equations pleased him, forgetting that much of progress isn't exactly "clean" and that ultimately a better understanding of the universe doesn't necessarily have to be tied to our concept of aesthetics, so he did stop contributing and concentrated on teaching after such brilliant start of a career.

What does Joy have to do with anything? I understand your point, but most scientists are not typical human like we are. They are very analytical and joy to them inconsequential. But I do agree with your premise, but Joy does not necessarily mean good scientific work.
