I would personally use a longwear gel eyeliner, such as the Bobbi Brown one, and mix it with Inglot Duraline for added longevity. It makes it waterproof and doesn’t budge! Apply one layer with an eyeliner brush, allow it to dry and then apply a second coat. It’ll be there until you remove it that evening!
