Feel free to create whatever unique Hydration Blend appeals to you, but if you’re looking for a little inspiration, here’s one of our favorite fruit infused sparkling water recipes to test out next time you need to hydrate in style.
Ingredients:
• Blueberries (loaded with Vitamins C & K)
• Lemon (great for collagen development and iron absorption)
• Mint (aids with indigestion, not to mention, pairs wonderfully with blueberries and lemon)
• Sparkling water (of your choice)
• Ice
Pulse the first 3 ingredients together in your Beast blender 3 to 5 times until you reach desired consistency. Scoop out a spoonful or two of your blend, add to the Beast Hydration System infusion chamber, pour in your favorite sparkling water, add the infusion to the bottle with ice and voila!
