Joe Biden's judicial nominees, even if opposed by all 50 Republican Senators, would have most assuredly been confirmed by all 50 Democrat Senators and the tie breaking vote of VP Kamala Harris. It used to take 60 votes until 2013 when the Dems used the "nuclear option" in order to push judges like these ones through with only a razor thin majority.

Police Officers lack the ability to distinguish Private Property from Public Property. Many believe a Police Station is Private Property. Judges believe they control the entire Court House not just the Court Room. Some believe they control outside the Court House, like the public sidewalks.

I was appreciative one day when Kennedy asked two Trump appeals court nominees what a motion in limine was, or the purpose of a Daubert hearing. I'm not an attorney, but I knew. @@davelassiter392 Respect towards who or what? Calling a US Senator by their title? Sens. Kennedy, Cruz & Hawley should be addressed by their title especially because they've earned it! The nominees certainly aren't showing any respect towards the Constitution by not even knowing the 2nd & 5th amendments. And any lawyer who doesn't recall landmark decisions from SCOTUS (i.e. not knowing what the Dred Scott v. Sanford case was about off the top of their head) should disqualify someone from being admitted to, much less graduating from, any law school. And on top of everything, most of these nominees disrespect the American people by simply accepting the nomination when they're so woefully unprepared &/or ignorant of the supreme law of the land. Frankly, most of them are insulting all of us. And so are the Dems who have all just blindly give ANY Democratic nominee an affirmative vote for confirmation even though most are unqualified.

The constitution is 15 pages 7 articles, if every judge applicant does not know this, I think they should. Also the idea of the Federal government is protection of the citizens not a political one.

Senator I've been a judge for 22 years and I've not come across that case. They all say that it's as if they were all coached. They also all say it's my understanding that and they also say I don't recall. My ruling was partially adopted or they declined to adopt my ruling. Rather than admitting their judgement was reversed. I'd say they had a horrible coach. For the love of God, just tell the truth and admit your judgements were reversed. It boggles the mind.
