Thank you! Already have the E-book from the last time you covered this topic! This episode came at the perfect time for me as I'm finally getting over (or at least I hope I am) an 8 month run of PF. Any guidelines for the number of sets/reps for those elevated calf raises (with the half bosu)?

Slow lowering is key for 5 seconds. 10-15 reps for 1-3 sets building up
