I beat my time from last year by 7 minutes. I think the 10 lbs I lost has helped. Next year my goal is to finish under an hour

Did you mean easy? If so, yes it is. This is the easiest of all the Spartan races. This is the race I recommend to people who have never done a Spartan. Thanks for watching!
