Any suggestions for first timers ? I'm 5'0 and afraid I won't be able to do some of the obstacles because of my height.....

Are you running alone? I would ask for help at those particular obstacles. You’ll find most Spartans are willing to help

I'll be alone, yes. I'm concerned that I won't be able to reach the monkey bars to swing across....it looks fun but intimidating 😊
