Great video. Do you have ro do burpees as a penalty if you cant complete an obstacle?

Technically yes. However if you do the “open” heats (i.e. not age group/elite/competitive races), they don’t really bother you about it. I’ve done these with groups of friends and we never do the burpees because we’re just there for fun!

The stadium was insane because the amount of stairs…it was 600ft elevation!!!
