Nice solution! However, in nowadays, you can keep dozen of rooms in a same scene. And just move the camera. Using this solution only when change big areas. (Like "cd" room in Castlevania SOTN or the elevators in Metroid).

Very useful tool! Now I wonder how we could make another one where the camera slides from one room to another like in the Legend of Zelda games. Would most likely need the whole dungeon to be in one scene, I feel. Thank you for your videos!

not the entire dungeon, only the rooms around your current one. You load and unload them as necessery
