Hi Kara, "What you need to understand is..." is appropriate when we say in the meeting? I see this phase showing ourselves in the superior position in the meeting. For others phases, I would definitely agree with you.

What you need to understand! in order for us to prevent bankruptcy and decrease in production, we need to maintain within the company's budget, before promoting sales, ordering materials or working towards a new project.

"I think it is worth noting that" implementing marketing strategies within this company will be of great help in the sales department. By promoting fun raising activities. For examples take away lunch, hotdogs, ice-cream and car wash sales. These activities will increase the income of the company by contributing to a specific project of the company.
