Well... He did admit years ago that he stutters. And as a speech therapist, I see the same thing with my teenagers who stutter when they are trying to find a different word to use in place of the word that they want to resist stuttering on. It is even worse in social situations, such as giving a public presentation. Stuttering is usually genetic and is influenced by other factors such as the child's environment. No cure. Just strategies to assist in fluency or modifying the stutter. Biden often closes his eyes for seconds at a time when he is speaking, which I also see with my clients when they are trying to pull through a stutter. Just thought I'd share. No political motivation with my comment, just sharing some insight on stuttering.

He's done a great job cornering China, and wiping out China's access to advanced semiconductor technology, pushing their technoligical advancements back by decades. Plus the Chips and Science Act established to set up semiconductor research and manufacturing in the US, setting the stage for the US to be the global leader in semiconductor production once again. Biden established 4 new bases to operate aircraft out of within range of Taiwan, and effectively countering Chinese aggression in the entire region.
