got mine now the battery is really random used it for like 6 hours "please charge" 30 minutes have passed "battery about 70%" wtf??

I'v found a secret way to clear up the massive BASS problem with the SONY SRS-SB21 There is a "delay" in regards to how you SET the EQ.After you set the first slider to MAX,the MIDDLE one to HALFWAY and the LAST to MAX it takes a few [days] for the speaker to [apply] the setting.After a bit the speakers MIDS return and the massive BASS settles down!

As with many little speakers trying to sound like big speakers it's got loads of bass but very little treble. ( I don't expect more for that price ). However, I installed a free equaliser for win 10 (Equaliser APO plus the interface PC-Eq) and dialed the bass down a bit and the treble right up. Now it sounds pretty decent !

the xb20 is better in regards of sound but it has a big problem with its battery when u turn it to max at lets say about 50% batt life it dies.my first speaker(white) had that issue but at 70% and when they replaced it for me with a black one it died at 50% batt so if anyone is looking to buy either the 20 or 21 go for the 21 cuz it doesnt have that problem

It's funny how people compare Sony SRS-XB21 and JBL Flip 4. Even if the JBL is better, it costs twice as much in my country. I could literally buy 2 Sony speakers for the price of one JBL Flip 4.

Hát szerintem alapvetően nem ér meg 10k felárat, viszont ami szerintem nagy hátránya a sony-nak, hogy az akksija az elég gyenge. Szóval attól is függ, hogy mennyire hordoznád.

That's a good question. I haven't compared them yet but my tip is that the Xb21 has a better sound but a much worst battery life.

Imo the xb21 is same with the xb20 in sound quality and and loudness BUT i dislike the body of xb20 since it can be scrachted so easily plus i cant find xb20 in my country easily and xb21 is cheaper than the flip 4 and in real life comparison flip 4 is a bit louder and more clear however it isnt some huge difference only a bit which at max volume are the same sound quality just in about 60% but you can change that from the app so i will go with the xb21

The worst speaker I have ever had in the Bluetooth range the battery life is terrible the charging dock is terrible the sound is sub par for a $80 speaker basically do not buy this it is crap.Bought two of them and they claim to both be able to Bluetooth at the same time very hard and long set up time not worth $10 in my estimation.I gave one away and threw the other one in the garbage I expected a lot more from Sony will never buy another one and the sales person at Best Buy told me they have a really Good battery life she lied after about three hours the volume cut in half and will not go back up until it is fully charged even if you have it plugged in everything that could be wrong with a Bluetooth speaker was built into this one
