I started my career in nonprofit marketing a couple years ago. Graduated with an Associate’s in Journalism and a Bachelor’s in Sociology two years ago. Now I am a Blogger doing my own marketing. Just got invited for a second interview for a marketing communications manager position at a nonprofit! I definitely didn’t take the traditional marketing route and created all of my own marketing positions in every job I had. I learned everything online and used skills I learned in my majors too. Start-ups always reject me when I apply, but my nonprofit interview rate is so high. I find that so interesting.

I am currently studying Marketing at Fordham University, and I have been having a rough time with my classes. Such as Stats, Econ, Accounting. I have been worried that by me having a lower GPA. (In the 3.0) it will negatively affect the chances of me getting an internship. I am only a sophomore, so I still haven't taken my major courses. But thank you! Your videos always help a lot.
