I have been journaling everyday this year. It helped me to overcome the problems I was facing.

One of your best videos. Journaling was my big learning for 2024 and it’s inspiring how it has worked for you for so long.

I don't journal everyday but only when I feel like I need it but it definitely helped me during some bad times for example when my cat died or when I was figuring out my gender identity. And now during my transition journey.

I definitely think that my mental health would be much worse than it is now if i didn't journal

The Leuchtturm Brand comes from a German word that means lighthouse. The pronounciation would be something like „Loisht-turm“ (literally meaning shining tower) if you try to translate it into English. Just thought I’d give you my best take as a German since I saw that video of you trying to learn the language :)

I honestly have no idea! I heard a stationary store call it "lookturm" so that's what I stuck with
@padmapanique2 ай бұрын
Just based on the spelling, "looktorm" would be the instinctive way to say it 😅@@angelzheng
