They're not all apply-able buffs Every armor passive and talisman show up there. Also the physick flask and roar ash of war show there as well The only real buffs I put were golden vow and flame grant me strength.

In essence, the boss is easy for you regardless of build. Then again I could be completely wrong but all that aside this looks fun as hell and I'm not sure if I want to respec now.

Through my personal experience, this strategy works best with the Guardian Swordspear with 80 Dex. Pure scaling of the weapon makes it one of the strongest normal weapons in the game, while also having a reliable moveset. And since its a polearm capable of thrusting, War Cry/Braggart's Roar will still give it the thrust R2 for those powerful counter attacks. Spear Talisman is also recommended to boost that counter attack damage even further.

I guess the stance damage resetting is moreso due to having to play around waterfowl then (unless you can consistently dodge it close up) because of having to keep your distance which ends up leaving enough time between attacks for it to reset.

@@clankymocha Also if you only count the main game, the only thing by Malenia is her waterfowl dance .. if you are able to dodge this, the rest is a piece of cake. There are a full hand of bosses which are more difficult in the game because they are having more moves which are difficult to handle or the main behavior is more tricky. Now the dlc is out there are even much more bosses out there which are more difficult than Malenia. I not really know why the hell are so many people see her as reference for difficulty. The most funny people are the ones who are telling that she is the most difficult boss of all souls games 😂😂😂 such people haven't played a souls game before .. there are so many bosses which are 2-3 times harder than Malenia. Alone one example in Dark Souls 1 is Smough and Ornstein.
