Spearfishing Mu in Hawaii with Kimi Werner - Catch and Cook - Mu Fish Picante / Piccata

Kimi Werner goes on a swim to fetch dinner for her family. She comes across her favorite fish to hunt - a school of mu. Spearfishing mu in Hawaii is a challenge and this dive is no different. Kimi has to learn from her mistakes and readjust her hunting techniques in order to come home with dinner. Once back on shore, she prepares a delicious meal of fish Picante.
Picante and Piccata are dishes made with lime and lemon juice and capers. Picante uses more butter and is more heavily drenched in flour.

I have no doubt you are more experienced than me, and I'm sure you know the waters very well, but just as word of caution, be careful having that fish strapped to your arm! I've seen spearfishing go bad, where a shark or another large fish would try to steal the fish and end up attacking the spearfisherman by accident. Just don't want to see you get hurt.

omg! the fire on the spoon ! So , I would ditch the green onion and add lemon to the butter as soon as the fish is browned, keep fish warm seperately and add wine to the pan and thicken the sauce with a little more butter then add the capers last. So did the green onions add to it? Did you like it?
