Hello Hannah! I couldn't expect better workout!!! Many thanks for that hour so complete and effective!!! I began the exercises with headache and neck pains, and I finished with a total relaxed body. Dear Hannah, thank you for this workout. Classic Pilates routine but your put your own spin on it so effortlessly with your creativity. First time managed to lift my body up standing on my hands (part of cool down I believe). Really feeling the difference in my strength with each class I do with you, Hannah. Hannah is such a good teacher that even her dog follows along (see 58:00). Great job but hard ! Never thought the words "and now to the other side" could be so scary! :) Keep it up!

This is a really great workout! I am recovering from a back injury and have sciatica, and this helped me a lot! It was not too intensive, and just the right amount of challenge to get my muscles warmed up and stretched and strengthened all at the same time Keep up the good work on your Channel! You're doing phenomenal!

This was soo hard! I had to stop three times to catch my breath haha I'm definitely going to keep doing this routine... can't wait to master it! Especially that one move at 08:21! I just can't lift my whole body like that?!
