Learn how to make Special Baked Biko.
Ingredients:
3 cups glutinous rice
1 can 13.5 oz coconut milk
1 can 13.5 oz coconut cream
1 piloncillo
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. Salt
½ cup macapuno
Instructions:
*Rinse glutinous rice.
*Cook rice using a rice cooker.
*In a pan add coconut milk, coconut cream, piloncillo, brown sugar and salt.
*Let it boil until everything is melted, sticky and bubbly, probably 40 minutes to
One hour of cooking and stirring constantly.
*When the mixture is sticky and bubbly, add macapuno to the mixture.
*Then, add cooked rice and mix until well blended.
*Broil at 480 F for 10-15 minutes depending upon your oven.
