I think this actually makes absolute sense. My mom suffers from dementia and she starts to sunset at around 2:30 PM. Well she was caught driving with an expired license and her driving privileges have been taken away. She could never be able to pass that test because she already has letters and test results and doctors which have said that she suffers dementia and cerebral vascular degeneration, no matter how lucid she sounds before 2:30 PM. But just because she suffers dementia does not mean that she is not sly before 2:30 PM. Because, she DID go and get a clean bill of mental health tho, but it was ultimately denied, when they saw it was from her lung doctor!! That doctor got in trouble. lol
