I assure you brazil and all of these other countries dont have a sufficient number of aircraft to provide consistent and constant surveillance, nor even aircraft capable of doing such things, nor do they even have SR-71s. This list is arbitrary and means nothing.

Sorry to inform you that an army is more than a lot of people and a bunch of equipment. Yes, Egypt has a very large military, but aside a couple new FREMM frigate and a few showpieces, it has outdated equipment, also vastly eterogeneous so training and interoperability are quite difficult. I don't doubt the willpower of its men at arms, but with a GDP that sits at 41st place it's impossible to maintain an army that can have a world-scale relevance. Russia has a GDP that's 5 times that of Egypt, and we're all seeing how it does fare in a real, full-fledged war.
