We add boil mung water and Boil tuwar daal water and one simple like your without tomatoes. I’m Sindhi and made these for a very long time we serve rice boil tur daal mung yellow daal and green mung on top of rice add ghee and serve three ways of making authentic kadhi

We dont add tomatoes in sindhi curry...Tamarind is used instead..with vegetables ..also we dont roast channa atta..instead mix with water the pour in boiling vegetables
