I’ve been waiting for a video and review of this kit. It looks awesome. They will definitely save some money. I could see them working for almost any reptile with the right tub. Duel access is a huge advantage. Thanks for the video sir phenomenal job.

Thank you so much for doing this vid. I have been thinking of changing my ball python Ash out of his 40gal glass tank out into a tub system to help with regulating his humid so This was an awesome vid to come across.

Ready for a solid idea. Get 3 1×1s cut to width of the lid. (Front to back not left to right). Take 2 and place on top of the lid and screw the rhp into the 1 xs. The weight would be held up by the 1bs that now rest on the edge of the lid and rim of the tub!. Put the 3rd 1x at the other end and screw it or silicone it so now you can place another tub evenly on top. Also what is the width of the glass tracks?

I have 2 of these enclosures made like 2 years ago, same concept different design, the first one i made was a acrylic drop down version, which was my first idea. Then i was like what if i create a wood frame and glass tracks and put it in front of it. I am housing my retic in one and a ball python in the other.

@@theherpetoculturenetwork led light strips are awesome. The one's with the remotes are great for day/night cycles so you can just switch up the colors by a push of the button and with them sticking to the plastic is an easy and budget friendly alternative lighting

How did you mount a radiant heat panel in the enclosure?

Just a nut and bolt, the VE panels have two holes drilled on the sides for mounting.

Hi does anyone know how you work the humidity part 🤔 ? Or do you have to still drill holes ? Or is the opening enough ?

That depends on what youre keeping in it. These hold humidity and heat just as well as pvc cages so if anything you'd be modifying it to have more ventilation and less humidity

Possibly depending on the size of the tub and skink. My only concern is the glass is fairly thin so if you had a bigger BTS the potential for that glass to break is there. Other than that I think they would work well!
