@@SureshBadaMath Sir, my request was not for assessment, (but) actually for the Employment & reservation provided by RPWD Act 2016. Section 34 is related to job reservation which are not getting in Group A services to 4th (D) category i.e. MI, ASD, SLD, & ID.

Patient 25 years pobviously, previous certification of learning disability without percentage given in 2016. Now, what we do for this person has every intelligency. An average reading writing calculation?

Hello sir i feel i am suffering from learning disability as my calculation power is too weak i generally forget numbers while doing calculations. Even simple calculations takes too much processing time. I am graduate and almost in all aptitude exams which i gave for job questions are left unattempted because of time shortage. I am unable to complete even after too much practice. Please help me i am unemployed. Can I get this pwd sld certificate so that i can get equal opportunity? Please reply sor What should I do? This problem is from childhood. I was too slow in almost every work.

Consult with your treating doctor regarding eligibility for a disability certificate. Having a diagnosis alone does not guarantee eligibility. The assessment for a disability certificate considers several factors: 1. Treatment Attempts:The number and variety of treatment attempts made. 2. Medication Compliance:Adherence to prescribed medications. 3. Treatment Response:How well the patient has responded to treatments. 4. Treatment Resistance/Refractory:The degree of resistance to treatments. 5. Documentation:Comprehensive medical documentation of the illness and treatment process 6. Duration of Illness:The length of time the patient has been affected by the illness. 7. Psychological Treatment:Any psychological treatments that have been administered. 8. Overall Treatment Resistance:A determination of whether the condition is treatment-resistant despite all available treatments. Based on these assessment factors, a disability certificate may be issued.
