Actually, the new thing is since the last big update: House is no longer closing. Even if you restrict the "access" the house is still accessible by everybody on land, but they are not allowed to use what ever industries you have inside (I believe this has been done because when somebody sold the land, they could not retrieve the items from inside as they did not have access to house console)

its worthless to have access inside the house but not being able to use the industries. It does the job to free the industries

yes 133 soil is 100% production atm you can rent land for a day and for as much as you want
