The price is fine for the area, especially given the size. I’m going to venture to guess a man designed this home though with no female input for the kitchen & pantry to be layed out like that in a 6k sf home. More women are definitely needed in residential architecture!

Wow! That’s another house in the basement, 3k square feet. Upper level is nice… I like that it’s not completely open plan. I like the walls - separation, privacy That particular area is growing like crazy! Large lots - 2 plus acres….

Thanks for sharing. Love all the natural light. Most of the closets are very limiting. That extra room off of one of the bedrooms needs to have it's own entrance, otherwise it seems to be a waste of space. Counter space in the kitchen is more than you find in a lot of new homes these days.

The outside has a lot of space & potential but I would redo the inside. The rooms seem small for 1.5mil. The "flex room/walk-in closet" is very ackward. That could have been an small loft area for kids entertainment & still had the bedroom. And it was almost more space in there than it was in the primary suite, including the closet. The pantry is small as well. Although the basement is unfinished I could see the potential. Overall 5/10. Keep up the great work, cant wait to see more. 😊

I lost my post. Was to long to start over. Basically said that this is a beautiful home and discussed what my plan would be for the backyard. The bathroom is gorgeous, really like the tile on the wall . This home would definitely be a forever home .Still diligently in the process of everything coming together. Also would add elevator as I have already priced the cost. There was a home featured on this channel with the elevator behind the door. The door seemed like a closet or something entrance and was pleasantly surprised to see elevator. A very classy , sophisticated touch. I did save the video to my email for fortune references. Hopefully soon 🙏

The homes are beautiful. I don’t like it when the basements are not finished. Meaning I have to spend another 500k or so to have it done. Yes the slate is blank but not cheap to finish. Keep up the amazing job. We love the property. The home builders need to get it together.

Lots of room in the basement, but hard to tell its potential without some sort of wall erected, or staging. Anyway, the kitchen seems very awkward with the placement of the sink - - I’ve always had lots of counter space on each side of the sink, so I can’t imagine maneuvering cleanup in that setup. Even though I certainly don’t have a Butler’s pantry or kitchen, most of the homes I’ve seen of this size on KZbin do, and this one, for that kind of money should probably have one too.

The kitchen sink's location is awkward. No space for a drain board and dirty dishes next to sink. Limited counter space. Poorly layer out.

Love where the home is located but it's not yet a $1.5 million home with an unfinished basement. Also, the kitchen is too small with an ill designed island. The pantry is a joke with that size house. The house is just spacious with not much thought on the flow and design.
