It doesn't look like the slots are wide enough. On the VAS there's 6 columns here there's 4.

Can these hold level IV ceramic plates that are 6.8 lbs each or nah?

We don't recommend anything higher than IIIA or heavier than 4lbs each plate. This was designed to be a very low pro carrier with lightweight material.

Hey Condor, I bought one and I've got a question. Can I just put this vest on laundry machine just like regular clothes? Using detergents and fabric softeners? With a laundary net around it incase velcro screws up other clothes that gos along with it?

@@What-A-Life I don't have this carrier but I do have a different one. More of an overt set up. You might get away with using a washer but wash with cold on delicate cycle and let it air dry. The dryer could screw up the carrier. And you're welcome
