Spectracide Terminate Termite & Carpenter Ant Killer 1.33 Gallons

This is my test and review of Spectricide Terminate Termite & Ant Killer. I did this video to see how fast this product will work and how long it will last.
I have only tested this outdoors for now but the product description on the outside says that it will last up to 9 months indoors.

Thanks so much for the detail video. I'm a licensed wildlife rehabilitator and today I discovered thousands of carpenter ants in my center behind one of my refrigerators so I ran to The Home Depot and got this product which I am planning to use tomorrow but I wanted to see how the pump and product worked and your video helped me tremendously 😊 Thank you very much 🤗

thanks for sharing. BTW the ants aren't supposed to die on contact. you want them to take the poison back to the nest. That's the point.

The number one complaint is that the sprayer doesn't work, or that the battery is only good for 1/2 of the content. I bought one at HD earlier and the sprayer does not work. So I went back and got a 1 gallon Scott's pump sprayer for about $14. What a racket. I should have bought the functional sprayer at a location that didn't sell this junk. I'll find out tomorrow or the next day about whether the liquid actually works or not.

I had the same problem at first, but then I sprayed awhile with the nozzle parallel to the ground. The product came out and could be held at an angle afterwards.

I sprayed some on swarming suspected termites and walking red army ants. I came back later and the army ants were spread out and dead everywhere. The swarmers died loads to, I assume the ones that flew off did also die. I hope their second or third wave dies alsp

@@ZE308AC It don't take much to kill termites, the trick to dealing with them is using the correct poison. They sell a product called termidor that you mix with water and spray the ground or area they are in. It does not kill them right away and they don't even know it's poison so they get it on them and spread it thru the colony. It takes them all out so the survivors don't just move to a new location. The active ingredient that kills them is same stuff in flea medications for cats and dogs. Its not cheap but the best way to go. Hope this helps.
