My First video of 2024 had to be a Spectrum Spectacular with most people receiving there Kick Starter 2 back Spectrum nexts I want to share my recent physical additions to the next and also some beautiful Big Box hombres speccy games

Thanks so much for the mentions, you're too kind mate😊 Every single one of these pickups were belters, I kept intending to order a batch of Zosya games, hopefully they'll be available in physical again at some point. I've played all of those, Drift you really need to memorise the circuit as need to turn early into corners to get the drift going, mega tough but brilliant game. Bonnie & Clyde is one of my top 5 homebrew games, such fun to play. Glad you grabbed that Redshift, that for me is the pinnacle of homebrew games, absolutely flawless game and the big box is great to own. Way of the exploding fist I'm so eager to play, was in my plans for the weekend but this bloomin bug out that on hold. Looks great, if for some weird looking hit detection issues. I always preferred that to IK+ back in the day on Speccy, the original was so good. Great vid and enjoyed seeing a bit of WOTEF gameplay. Top stuff mate👍

These have been building up for a while😂 Hahaha I do hope you feel better soon mate and the spectrum spectacular video helps 😂 Love your channel mate and you have introduced me to the mighty Ti99 hopefully one day I will get to own one... WOTEF looks absolutely beautiful the hit detection is off slightly at times and sometimes your move will freeze but that's probably no different to the original lol

Woah Scott, the pick ups and Exploding Fist footage make me want to grab a Next. Fingers crossed for a further kickstarter 😬. The Zosya boxes and their contents are super cool; puts modern gaming publishers to shame. Awesome stuff, cheers for sharing 👍👍👍🕹️

Now we’re talking!! I absolutely love the Zosya releases, the attention to detail and what you get for your money, there’s just no one to match it. The shipping isn’t too cheap but it’s well worth it if you buy more than one game at a time. As you say I don’t think they’re selling physical copies just now but all their games are available to download load for free apart from metal man if I remember. Never played shoot out, look forward to seeing a follow up video, redshift I absolutely adore. Possibly the best 8 bit vertical shooter ever, I wish I could lay my hands on a big box version I’ve just the standard cassette. Glad you liked Warhawk, shame I got mixed up with the other game 🤦🏼‍♂️ but I’m sure you’ll find one eventually. Maybe Jim might have one knocking about somewhere!!
