How do the Theocrats manipulate their environment and smash fruit?

I imagine they smash the fruit with their feet, but they do most of the basic stuff we do with our hands with their magic. I know it’s kind of a dumb answer, but it conveniently explains a lot of stuff that otherwise wouldn’t allow for my silly ideas lol. Thanks for watching the video!
