My apologies to Paco, correction to the intro; former F-14 Pilot, not RIO. Did have pilot in the script, but chalk it up to Christmas and hectic life conditions. I miss-read and failed to catch it in the proof. Hope everyone’s having a good holiday!

Great video Red, thanks a lot for showcasing the campaign, I really appreciate it. As for the low pops: you need to run in at 100 feeet AGL, then 3 miles from the target pop up 30 degrees while also ofsetting 30 degrees to the right. But to be fair you didn’t play mission 4 (LATT) where you first start practicing this. Note to self, I do need to be stricter with the grading when the player overstresses the jet :)

Ah! Should of had me run that mission first for the practice :) Tell you the truth it's so hard to pull specific G's without physical feedback, and watching the gauge is a pain. Experience you'll learn a 'feel' but it's just so hard to keep on top of in sims. Me not flying the tomcat often, i mess it up! So I'm totally cool with it being generous on that one, but it's certainly an important point for real life!

Man, I knew this campaign was gonna be intense, but I didn't expect that level. Gonna be a lotta real confident Tomcat drivers once this comes out, especially when combined with the Zone 5 skills.

I'm not a campaign kind of guy, but this looks pretty good. RedKite: Tip for you.. Have you tried decluttering the HUD on your strafing runs? You won't have the gun cross getting jumbled up in the heading tape that way.

I have not, but then, until this video i’d never done a guns run in the Tomcat! I figured there would be a declutter option, but not the time to find it in the heat of the moment.

The original F14 game by Microprose was one of my favorite games back in the early 90s. But this brings it to another level and at my age I think would be way to much for me to enjoy! But damn it looks fun!

Ah good game, played it on the channel some time back! The DCS tomcat is such an incredible module, that i dont fly enough sadly, due to the multi crew nature of it.
