Amazing...he's almost as fast as me. I did something similarly amazing...and without training. I bought a small double ended bag...got lifted...went to work and it was like something out the matrix. I was hitting the ball accurately and faster than I would have imagined for over an hour. I thought it was a fluke...so I did it again with a girl I was with watching...sadly she's my only witness and she was just a short term thing. There is power in the green...frees the mind. I guess it's a natural talent or I left the matrix. This guy has inspired me to actually get training.
