Coach what would be an idea starting working for this? And how would you progress? This would be for an athlete in the 15:00-15:20 range comfort with 60-80miles a week

How many repeats of each type of interval would be appropriate, and how much recovery in between? I know this is an old video and Running Times doesn't technically exist anymore, but any insight you could give would be appreciated.
