lost 42 pounds since starting my diet August 2020..the only good thing out that year! lol ..i also weigh myself once a month..since changing to protein and veggie diet..its changed my weight loss goals dramatically..this tip is a great idea!

Water should be completed at least 10 min-15 min prior to eating or it interferes with proper digestion. Adding 1-3 tsp of apple cider vinegar aids digestion and also helps avoid/reverse calcification of joints.

Dr Becky I used to have a cup of fresh celery juice with half a lemon every morning. If I wanted to begin intermittent fasting 16/8 , will this affect the impact of the fasting results.? Appreciate if you could advise. Thanks.

I remember weighing over 200 lbs in the 1970’s. I went to the doctors and he told me I needed to exercise and that I could have a beer for every mile I ran. I looked at him and thought hmm! The next year I’ve dropped 60 lbs and I see the doctor in the hallway before my visit. I tell him “I can’t do this anymore!” He asks “What are you talking about!” I respond with “I’m running 70 miles a week, I can’t drink that much beer!” It’s a true story., The next year I was running marathons!

Eating foods high in fiber improve satiation without an increase in calories. Berries are excellent for this
