YES, this was so good! I gotta say, I love how you talk us through everything. It's so important for helping me understand. There's a really good amount of repetition in with the variation, and the preview bubbles are also really helpful. I really get frustrated and lost with a lot of videos because they don't explain at all, or not as well as you at least. You're such a good teacher.

I have alwYs exercised, but I moved 2 years ago to the boonies and have no friends to walk with. I am 64. I am so glad i found your videos, thanks to my daughter. Its like walking with a friend. I do 5,000 steps then 3,000 later or 3- 3,000 step workouts. I get more than 10,000 steps a day with my chores etc. Thank you!

revisited this little gem again today. I like this one so much because it moves so fast and get my HR up. No fancy dance steps and you are so much fun to listen to. Please do more like this with very direct repeatable moves and at this BPM!

Best one yet! I’ve been doing the walking workouts since having my second child in April, not only are they helping to get me back in shape, but they are a fantastic mood booster. love the speed (no 1.25x to make it fun and get it over with!) and I really loved the extra 300 step bonus. my goal is to hit my 10,000 steps everyday, and it was a really amazing feeling to look at that counter and see that I had done 300 more steps than my goal because of this video! 💜

Just found you/workout this morning. First set my Fitbit to walk, next time to workout. My steps logged in at 2429 and 2430! I loved this pace and the fact that it was only 20 minutes. I will seek out other of your workout. Thanks for sharing!

THIS is the one I prefer, because it"s not dance, so when it's fast dance it's difficult because I want to follow the dance, and I like when it's speed, BECAUSE YOU MAKE IT FUN . I'm frustrated when I can't follow the dance. THANK YOU RICK
