I love how you keep your bike so clean, every video she looks brand new my man. You got me interested in the mt09 even test rode it a few times last year at yamaha ride days but end up getting the fz8 for a few thousands cheaper. But every time i see your vids im like man should of spent the extra cash lol.

Another great video. I really like the completeness and quality of the kit. You can tell a lot of thought went into it to make it so thorough. If I had any complaints, like others said, it looks like an alien head. Personally, I do not like that the windscreen does not come up above the cluster. Not sure if its any more functional than stock, lacking any windscreen??

Doesn't seem to do anything for wind more than the stock one but it's a naked bike so.... The current generation MT09 is entering it's 4th year without any changes in design so I like that this changes things up and keeps me from looking like all the others. 👍

From other owners who has ridden this long distance has experience reduced wind but not to the point of total reduction. Just need to duck a lil on speeds above 160kmh and rider wont be feeling that much wind.

Do you know if this works with the 1st gen MT-09? I got a 2014 model and I would love to have this but I don't know if all the bolts are in the same places as in the 2nd gen model to actually be able to mount this. Also, don't know if you have to do some changes since the 1st gen model uses halogen head light.

this should've worked with the stock switch panel of the mt09. does the high beam/low beam and the DRL work without the extra switch?

The stock switches still serve the same purpose. The switch just allows you to turn off the main bulb if you choose.

The DRL is brighter in the morning when the low beam is turned on. Once the main beam is switched on the LED drop to 30% of its morning intensity else the DRL would be extremely glaring at night.

Light output is maybe a little better than stock with an LED bulb. I rarely ride at night but I’d say the pattern is a little more broad as well. Slightly better wind protection as well.

The button gives you the ability to turn off the main headlight bulb and use just the LEDs as daytime running lights. I haven't ridden with them at night yet, but it seems to be brighter than stock. Hopefully I can do a comparison between them in another video.

Cesar Sanchez the button turns off the low beam and also turns up the LED intensity to full brightness. The DRL will drop to 30% intensity once the low beam is turned on

Not a lot of difference from what I can tell. Probably because it's fairly narrow. If anything it may move the wind upwards just a little.

Pretty sick headlights, like it or not it’s personal. down side of the video is u spent some much time in the beginning with all those mood lighting and smoke to showcase the light.. frankly it’s not something special or limited. Kinda ruin the video
