You should do a sound clip of the tr7 on the default heavy duty cycle during agitation.

Buy the SQ top loader. Clothes will get clean regardless of load size or where in the tub they end up. Traditional agitator washers have proven themselves very effective over the past 80 years. It’s a real shame that a tried and proven design has been re-designed to be something much less than what it was.

We have this same machine in Black and it has a good bit of sway and vibration during not only the spin cycle but also the wash cycle. The installers have checked the level of the machine, and it is just about spot on. Mine sits on tile upstairs in my house and is on a pedestal. The installer guys said the sway is due to it being top heavy on the stands and the rubber feet. From all these videos, this machine should be rock solid. My old Kenmore didn't move at all. This Speed Queen should not. I have sent message to Alliance and got an email saying I would be contacted in 3-5 days. That was two weeks ago. Nothing! Can I get expert help from Alliance?

I just installed a FF7 washer. Regarding levelling, it's very close to level, within the second line, but not the first line. Is this ok?

Hi! We recommend the appliance be as level as possible, both front to back and side to side. This helps reduce noise or vibrations, but also helps keep the load balanced! If you notice any of these concerns, it may need to be re-leveled.
