I agree! It's an insult to Chevy to plant one in a junk Ford chassis, but, if it's the only way to get a Ford labeled 'roller' down the road, you do what you have to.

@@Powerstroke2003 Aurdun Flat heads and Small block Ford is the only way to go. Chevy guys are always afraid of what's different. Say it won't run and I will show you it will. You can build it the cheap way which Chevy or you can build it the right way and have something to proud of which is the Ford way. If I am building a Chevy it will have a Chevy if I am building a Mopar it will have a Dodge. if I am building a Ford it will have a Ford. It's not about how much money you have it's the knowledge you have when planning your build out. Sometimes habit lots of money does not always buy more power to make a car fast. It's who you know or what you know or where you shop.

Hi Tim I got a 30-31 Model A Ford coupe going on a 32 chassis using a stock height fiberglass 32 radiator shell with the stock outlet radiator cap opening Making a highboy coupe the question is to get the right height of radiator for that application because I know that a model a cowl must be a little shorter then a 32 so my radiator shell and grill will sit maybe a little lower but went on H.A.M.B and one guy bought himself a walker radiator that's 2inches shorter and said it was a little too short and he actually had to shim it up a 1 1/4" so what to do is beyond me. Maybe I should just measure it but even that probably won't help in trying to get the right radiator. Why do projects have to be so hard when trying build hotrods with the right look. My radiator has to be set up to run a small block Ford with AOD transmission. So I will need cooling lines also a aluminum fan shroud with a 16" electric fan I don't want to spend more then 500 dollars for 4 core radiator with that set up which I looked on line a see Champion makes one for around that price I also want a overflow tank. My 302 already has the shorter water pump which come out of a 94-95 Mustang. I also have a question about if you get the radiator with the water neck filler to the inside of the radiator is it possible to get a dummy like cap or ornament to go in the stock location to fill in the hole.

Only probelm is the reproduction for model t is 800 , and the reproduction 200 dollar ones dont match my stock model t intakes 😭

What radiator works for a small block Ford for standard height 32 Ford radiator shell and grill. Make things afordable for the Ford diehard engine gear heads.

Tim, I have a 1955 chevy wagon and just installed a Big block that has 11-1 compression. What radiator would you recommend I go with. I'd like a console one with fan, etc !! Tks Ed/A

On your model a, how much did you take off the bottom of your grill shell to get the visual line right?

Hey Tim I am working on a 1928 model a coupe and have a 32 ford grill shell but am keeping the 4cylinder. What radiator fits the 32 shell but has the necks to fit the model a four cylinder?

If you are running the stock, 4 cylinder an oem replacement 1932 Ford Model B (4 cyl) radiator would do the job. We do not currently offer a stock replacement 1932 4 cylinder radiator. You may be able to use a SBC version, but I couldn't say what size the inlet or outlet need to be to fit your Model A 4 cylinder engine.

is it possible to make bigger radiator mounts if one doesnt fit? because i have seen most performance radiators not fit the car so i was wondering if you could or not

I am planning to build a V8 tricke with a 350 drive train. I will like to know if you recommend the 20" radiator and if you have any shorter than that?

The bigger the radiator you can fit the better. We have a few different radiators that may work, but we suggest he call in and speak with one of our techs.
