My brother has this setup in his 39 Chevy coup. Nothing fancy, all old school. 327, ported double hump heads, 3030 cam, dome pistons, fender well hooker super competition headers. He calls it the 12 pack. One of the best sounding mouses I ever heard.

I am involved in classic SuperModifieds. 360 Mopar with 6 97s.Home made manifold, 318 Poly with three, Edelbrock and around the place is a Chev with 3 97s [Edelbrock] as well. These being used on modern clay tracks and when set up properly work well.

Saw a few of these at a Huge Swap meet in Southern California in 2005. I have one of these in a Big Block Chevy in mint condition. But only as a Twin 4150 carby on each side. And l agree they a gr8 look'in

Does anyone model the cool little chrome nerf bars small bumpers for model A and 32 ford hot rods? They only seem to show up on very expensive builds. Any assistance would be great.

G'day from Australia. I have a Edelbrock XC-96 X-RAM Manifold. No linkages unfortunately. Wondering if u folk have linkages in store. Next questions are : Considering building up a 496 or 525 cu inch BBC for this Old Girl Manifold. Do you have any idea if the 525 cu inch motor would work well . Have seen quite a few 496's . I want to ring its next regarding performance. 11:1 compression. Very Decent Aluminum Heads , either Edelbrock or AFR . As for carburetors l am seriously considering Holley Sniper EFI if l can mount them with success. Any assistance & advice would be greatly appreciated. Love the old stuff . It's too bad edelbrock dropped these old unique intakes and carbs. With covid, all us hot rodders got reinvigorated with what we do. Only to learn that all the old school cool isn't made any more. 😢

No, this intake manifold will not fit Vortec cylinder heads. These will fit 1955 to 1986 SBC cylinder heads.

Hi Tim, wow that thing is awesome, I followed the link and red the blurb. So I'm curious will this thing actually work on a 283? Or as in my case a 283 bored 4" 301 which I'm building for my 57 hardtop. Do you think it would work? Cheers Chris

Unfortunately no, we don't have these for the sbf engine family. We don't believe Edelbrock makes a version of this for those engines.
