I'm actually looking to go the opposite way, taking a new car with seat delete and seeing what all is involved in adding the rear seat and seat belts. What parts would be needed, any unusual things to look for, etc.

And gave up $1700 leather seats unfortunately. It was better to me to just get the car with the leather rear seats, take those out and put them in storage and get the rear seat delete. Way cheaper/easier than trying to put rear seats in the car if I ever wanted them.

How do you get bottom of the set up when it's in, my hellcat has one, I been trying to get the bottom up for two hours I don't want to break it, trying to get to the fuel pump, to install a double pump in on the rear seat delete is it a certain way or a special tool you have to have to get the to bottom up on a rear seat delete.

You'll likely wanna use a pry tool on each side where the tabs on the bottom go in to the slots in the bottom of the car. You'll have to be careful.

Too bad the rear seat fold down feature is sacrificed. Carying 2 drag tires/wheels to the track means folding down the rear seats. NO WAY would I place a wheel/tire on my leather seats.

I'm able to fit my rear drag tires in the trunk with the rear seat delete installed a long with one of the fronts skinnies, and some other stuff too.

Curious now hat you've had it for awhile, whats the noise level around town in the cabin now? Cant recall if you have exhaust mod but Im running mid muffler swap (Vibrant 1794) and plan on cat delete. Also hows the music sound now?

I'm going to "estimate" 10% more sound than stock mainly from exhaust. Stereo sounds the same as best I can tell but I'm usually more focused on listening to the exhaust LOL. I'm stock exhaust.

I believe so. You might pull your stock seats out and look to make sure it looks the same as mine before ordering though just to be sure.

I don't plan on it. Mike from OSTDyno.com is running the stock 2.62 gears and running mid 9s, so not necessary I don't think.

ok my concern is, can you have that dividing wall out permamently to expand the cargo space and where you hook in that net, so it can be actually functional? Cause on your video looks like it is just laying flat which doesn't make sense to me ?

🤦🏻‍♂️ I’m sorry. But this is the dumbest thing. That how they market gets you for spending money on stupid things, useless things. Several things, the outcome looks the same, except for the netting over the lap seats & yet you lost the functionality of the carrying people in the backseat. Second, this is like a teenage boy doing a cheap, ricer car weight reduction which is so pointless. Weight reduction racer looks absolute bar minimum inside, no carpets, sound deadening, plastic trims, radio, dash, only driver seat & roll-cage, I could go on! I know, its only my opinion. This was hard to watch, I gotta say NO to the “deletes”

Dodge sells these cars as "seat delete" optioned FYI. I don't carry people in mine so don't care about a back seat and seeing stripped out street car with metal and wires showing isn't my style.
