i discharge my lipo's with a diy solution which gives me a usb C PD 5-20v output 60w chargers. Simply put i charge my laptop at 60w to discharge my packs. For protection i use a lipo checker with the alarm set to 3.7v. Yes you could forget it and ruin a lipo but its a damn loud buzzer so if you are anywhere within 50' you will hear it. Whole thing costs about $20 and doubles as the perfect field charger for usb devices. Nice to see there's a commercial option now with virtually identical operation at the same price.

I was down on this product until I heard the price… some reason I thought it was going to be like $60… At less than 20, I Might get 2… Handy to have in the bag ..

Yea that’s its saviour in the end. It’s so cheaper it’s worth the quirks.

I use my field battery with 250Wh as a buffer storage. The toolkitrc m6d can also recycle. This means I connect the charger to my field battery, which is not full. so use it as a voltage source. then the full batteries come to the charging ports. and my field battery is then charged using the “recycling function”! For me the best function is a field charger and recycling in one❤❤

Best way to discharge is to take your quad and fuckin' rip it. No time today? Rip it tommorow!

Sadly won't handle 6S HV batteries and has no option to discharge a battery without charging another device.

My current solution for discharging without waste is to use it to power an electrolysis cell with the Power supply minimum input voltage set to the storage voltage. So I can at least make electricity into chemical energy. (explaining everything would take to long) Anyways, this way I still have to watch it every hour or so because if the minimum Voltage is reached the Display of my PSU still takes some power and could potentially kill a battery (that would take some time though, but over night thats very likely so don't over night!) Also this is 4 times faster than my tiny ISDT Q6 Nano with just 10W

I have the Speedybee Adapter 3 which has a 30W charger built in. It’s absolutely been the best way to discharge lipos. The adapter costs the same and has way more features and I recommend everyone has one

Yup I have the same, its an Awesome product!

Does it stop automatically at specific voltage or do you have to watch it and stop manually?

I can't get mine to discharge that fast

a proper display would have cost the manufacturer less than 1$ per device btw

I think where this comes in good use is recycling energy from…..LAST PACK!!! 🤔😂👍👍

Seems like a thoughtful concept, not terribly well executed.

Yea, but at least it’s cheap

The appeal of this product is lost on me. Seem like a great way to overcomplicate a simple thing like discharging a pack. I get the recycling power part and that's kind of cool it's easier to just use something like the Vifly discharger or your actual charger.
