She thought she needed surgery because tons of commenters cruelly ridiculed her looks. Now commenters criticize her and say she looks worse after the surgery. Seems like people like to criticize Heidi. I think she was pretty before and pretty after. The "before" version was a more individual look, with quirkier features; the after is more bland and vanilla. Like, people said her chin was too big, so she got a chunk of it cut off. Her chin was part of her own kind of beauty. I never watched "The Hills" but read something about it recently and just now went down this rabbit hole about Heidi and her surgery. What jumps out at me is how Heidi can't win with commenters: before surgery they said she wasn't pretty enough and now they say she ruined herself and was prettier then. I think she was pretty before and is still pretty, and needs to ignore mean commenters.
