( I have made few edits to this preset, I turned off both LiftGammaGain and Colourfulness and I turned on LumaSharpen )

I'd happily pay for a pack that included something like THIS when I opened my game, instead of the half-empty incomplete messes that were shipped out with the game. Honestly I wouldn't mind if the housed were not as detailed if they just got the exterior and the layout nice in every home. I feel like exterior building is one of the most challenging parts for players. Just give us nice looking houses pls & thank you!

I screamed really loudly as soon as I saw that chimney, the kitchen and that fountain !!! it's identical to catalan modernism and it's straight up something that i would see in my city Barcelona. I'm so so excited to get it

To fix the glitch with the columns, I’ve found that just using the color changing tool corrects it for some reason. Even selecting the same color it already is will fix it. I love this build! Its so cute

I hope to see if this stuff also works in other types of builds (regular builds), such as a Mediterranean house for example. If not, I think it’s waste of money to buy this pack.

I still don't understand how the Sims team made one of the best build features to come to gaming and yet they can't seem to get their own lots right. I am still laughing at the lot with the back staircase that leads to nothing and the one singular roof part that is missing a roof color 😂

It's due to the fact that they can't too many items in a house if they want the game to run smoothly on all computers. However, that doesn't excuse the fact that it looks like they didn't even try to make the houses good looking in any way shape or form... I myself am waiting idly for lilsimsie to update her savefile :)

Right? I don't need or expect perfect and cluttered homes. I just want generally nice looking houses with nice layouts and minimal but inviting landscaping. Kinda like if you were to put up a house for sale and you stage it and make the curb appeal nice 😂

So this is the second time they haven't give us cabinets, they didn't with island living either...why is it always halfs with the sims team. "Yeah we're going to give you a knew kitchen but we'll leave some of it out."

I'm honestly wondering if they have like 2 or 3 people to double check a check list of what should come in the pack. I have just started to use open shelving more but we shouldn't have to rely on that or CC to get completed content. Even if they are recolors I do really fancy the counters and I love the new fridge & stove. Both were much needed I think.

The glitch with the columns is super frustrating, I really hope it's fixed soon. Personally, ROM wasn't my first choice, but after looking at the build/buy items I am sold. I'm in love with the windows! Anyway, super cute build. I hope you have a great week and enjoy your vacation! :)

I love all the builds you do. I’m a new watcher but I’ve been watching no stop. I love to build too but I’m not as good as you. Two things if you see this: 1) would you ever consider doing a series where you record how long it actually takes you to build and furnish a house? Like the videos could be 20 minutes or so over a period of time showing you choosing items? I’d watch that 2) are you gonna build a Halloween/fall house? Like super Halloween with cobwebs and all the wall papers? And the whole yard is full of Halloween decorations? Love your channel! 😊

There is a work around for the column glitch. Place it and then recolor it. It'll snap back in place.

Just a recommendation for the roof situation that you have going on; if you place down a square room in the middle and drag all of the corners to fit the shape of the upstairs, it ill override the roof poking through! Honestly, it's the nemesis of building but that's a quick and easy solution.

If you change the wall height or the color and then change it back, it fixes the column glitch. It's super annoying but glad there is a workaround. I really love the exterior of this house, it's super cute, very storybook! Even if the tiles didn't go all the way up, I wish they had it so the bottom of the bird design met the top of the counter backsplash, it's so close to that already. This is the first realistic use of the new stairs that I've seen, and I like how it changes the layout.

A crazy grandma/grandpas house that their grandchild haven't really met during their upbringing that often except for now that they are moving in for a summer or something and they found out they are actually spellcasters! so like maybe a bit of a hermit/hella cluttered small cottage with a extra bedroom for the grandchild!

Collums can be fixed (i mean kind of) just after you place them you just need to change the swatch

I figured out how to work around the glitch. If you place them at the small floor size you can then increase and decrease the floor size and it should be the right hight

How do you get two of the roof curving dots on the roofs? I can't get mine to do want I want with one, I only want the bottom half to curve out but it curves from the middle

You can fix the height of already placed columns by changing the wall height. You have to do each floor but that's the only thing that's worked for me.

You use shift + [ to make items smaller, and shift + ] to make items larger.

If you change the swatch to the pillars it fixed the size. Then you can change it back to the color you want.

I discovered that you can fix the cloumn problem by either changing the height on the walls or use the colour swatch tool. Either change colour back and forth or click on the colour you already have. Not a perment fix but tempoary.

change the color on the columns after you place them, then if you want change them back go the original color if that’s the one you wanted. then they will stay at the right hight
