Modern Playmaker Deck Profile - 2024 - Firewall Dragon - Cyberse

Today, we're going to take a look at the cards that Yusaku Fujiki - aka the one and only Playmaker - might be using if Yu-Gi-Oh! VRAINS aired today with all the modern cards available to current players.

@@SpellCommander91 dude, i have seen every single one of your deck profile videos and this one is easily a favorite just because vrains is my favorite yugioh series. I main cyberse irl and can certainly confirm this is a solid deck list

I just feel like Vrains could've been written and done SO MUCH better, but after the Z-ARCening of Arc-V happened, I think they just went through Writer's Block with this one.

Vrains shouldnt have been written in the first place. Links killed the game even more than when the giant mistake that was synchros was introduced.

I personally run my cyberse deck with the firewall and code talker cards mixed with the mathmech monsters and spells

There's ROM Cloudia, which lets you get a Cyberse monster from the GY to the hand, and, if it gets destroyed, you can Special Summon 1 level 4 or lower Cyberse monster from the deck that isn't itself.

I test them. I'm more than willing to admit that not all decks are created equal, and that some of these are just better than others.

Mathmechs are more Synchro and Xyz oriented, and a good number of their cards only work with other mathmechs, so they might clash with all of the code talker and firewall monsters. Interesting thought, nonetheless.
