Excellent video! I've never made my own bread before but this makes it look pretty easy (I will be hand kneading, but that can't be that bad). I just learned about Dr. Sebi and what alkaline foods are (I had a "woah what have I been doing to my body" moment), and I was looking to find some recipes so that I could make this plunge into healthier eating. Your channel has been a major factor in my going through with this, and for that I would like to thank you and your family. Keep the videos coming!

+AnUnmotivated Artist The bromide powder containing sea moss is used as an alternative to yeast, which causes dough to rise. If you don't use it, the bread may be more dense. You could always try a small batch to see how it goes!

+Shayla Simpson Yes, it will be dense. It's good to mix half and half with another approved flour. Try just the rye to see how it goes and let me know.

Can I use only rye flour because I am allergic to spelt, or rye flour and hazelnut or something? Can you post a substitute

I only have sea moss powder, can I use in place of the Dr. Sebi's powder?
