Thanks for reviewing this, Dr. Dave. I thought these might work for alleviating lateral foot pain from Peroneal Tendonitis, but after listening to your review I won't waste my money. I continue to look for an OTC insole that will help with the lateral pain from the PT -- and pain that could also be coming from the cuboid area. I've been to several foot doctors and none of them have been able to help me. And unfortunately, my insurance does not cover custom orthotics. If you have any OTC insole suggestions for lateral foot pain i would appreciate it very much. Thanks for all you do!

Does sprain peroxide on your feet kill fungus and helps for smelly feet? What do you think?

I know there is some literature that supports that. I don't know about spraying. Maybe soaking.
