I am self employed and sometimes have like 2 weeks with no work (it’s normal in my industry for there to be ups and downs) and I have to like go to Pilates classes where I know I can talk to people, meet up with friends and family after work, go outside as much as possible and just like generally stay busy even though I feel like a useless member of society haha. I have mainly physical anxiety too, I find those things help- I guess you’re doing them already but sometimes I like to have a reminder to force myself!!

your toilet qualms are DEFINETLY the probiotics, I switched to a stronger, better quality probiotic a couple of months ago and I'm the same... clockwork every morning after literally years of horrific bowel movements 😮

Certified Hippocrates Health Educator (Vegan Health Coach) here, have you recently started taking a new pre-probiotic or eating more cultured/fermented foods? Or, possibly you’ve been eating a lot more raw food lately? Started taking a B Complex or Multivitamin or switched to a new one? Eating chia pudding or seeds or flax seeds? I don’t want to ask about more personal things here on line like birth control, but they can definitely affect things too as I’m sure you know. The waking up with a pounding heart is what concerns me, how are your Vit D levels? As long as the urge isn’t waking you up, that’s perfectly healthy & normal for many people. IF the urge starts waking you up, then there’s some sort of issue. Love your videos, I’ve been Vegan for 24 years 🌱 That Peora ring is SO pretty! I’m really into jewelry too.
