You could try tossing the chocolate chips in a GF flour before adding to mix. Gluten-free baking takes some practice!

If you don't wanna the chocolate chips to be stuck at the bottom, cover them with flour before putting them in the cake..I do that all the time and it's very useful.

Hey Carrie!! I've had celiac disease for 14 years now so I've gotten lots of gluten-free baking experience, there are lots of great gluten-free all-purpose flours available now which should help with the consistency (my favourite is the Trader Joes version) ❤️❤️love watching all your baking & cooking adventures!!

Hi Carrie I enjoyed this video. I have a suggestion for gluten free. Use oats and make oat flour. Use your food processor to grind them fine. There is more information on the internet. Also I loved Alex idea about scooping the bottom of the pan and putting ice cream with it
